Health and safety
Is there anyone who shouldn't use the sauna?
Yes. Do not use the sauna or ice bath if you have high or low blood pressure, any heart or circulatory disorder, epilepsy or diabetes, are prone to dizziness or fainting, or are pregnant. Do not attend under the influence of alcohol or drugs. If in any doubt, consult your doctor first — see our full disclaimer.
Is there a minimum age?
Yes. You must be over 16 to use the sauna or ice bath. Anyone identified as under this age will not be allowed entry.
How long should I stay in?
Come out when you have had enough rather than aiming for a target. Most people alternate a spell in the sauna with a short time in the ice bath, a few times across the session.
Booking and payment
Can I cancel or move my booking?
You can cancel through the app, but bookings must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the session. For a single visit, not attending a booked session means the booking fee is forfeited.
Do I need to be a member?
You need either a valid membership or a credit pack to book. A day pass lets you book a single sauna and ice bath session, and must be used within 7 days of purchase.
What happens if I'm late?
Your session still ends at its scheduled time, because the next booking starts straight after.
Facilities
What do I need to bring?
Swimwear, a towel, flip-flops for moving between the sauna, cold room and outdoor area, and your own padlock for the lockers. Belongings can't be left overnight.
